Punjabi is always a punjabi

An english man comes to pakistan and learn few words of punjabi. To check himself he goes out to market in Faisalabad. He is standing in front of watch tower but moving his face around says to a man

English Man: are you educated

2nd Man replies: Yes ofcourse

English Man with smile: Please tell me where is watch tower
